神経系理学療法において28年以上の経験を持つ塚田直樹氏は、IBITAによって認定された国際的に高く評価されているベーシックボバースインストラクターであり、アジアにおける神経リハビリテーション教育の推進者です。日本ボバース研究会の学術部会長として、臨床的な革新と国際的な教育活動を通じて神経理学療法の未来を積極的に切り拓いています。

塚田氏はこれまでに日本、インド、香港でボバースコースを指導し、スウェーデン（2023年）およびイタリア（2024年）でのIBITA国際会議を含む、50回以上の国際学会で発表を行っています。また、東京にあるリハビリプラス株式会社の代表取締役を務めており、ボバースコンセプトに基づく神経リハビリテーションの実践と発展に取り組む著名な施設です。
